Metal sheets

Metal sheets or plates can be subject to damages during their making or usage in the production line. Checking for defects ensures that the plates are perfect, without bumps or stains, and actually having the desired design or weave.

Our systems can verify the sheet’s geometrical characteristics, but also the ones belonging to the design and weave, while checking for the absence or presence of defects. When appropriate a discard signal can be sent to the host machine or instead it’s possible to use an acoustical or visual alert.
