Our vision systems can count any kind of object, both under static conditions and while moving on conveyor belts or rollers. For example it’s possible to use cameras and fluorescent lights, or resort to other techniques that contemplate the usage of linear scan lasers. The latter technology is able to create a point cloud representing the object and send it to the software for elaborations that require a certain level of detail.
The software can be configured also by setting the expected dimensions and colors to avoid counting errors.
It’s possible to transition from a simple count of realized products to the regulation of downstream machines according to the number of objects that are expected to be introduced into the related processes.
